missingWrote a review on Nov 24train noiselimited options
the constant noise from the train every half hour ruined what should have been tranquil nights. Plus, the limited vegetarian options were almost laughable for a hotel calling itself upscale. i expected a room upgrade as compensation for such inconveniences but settled for mediocrity instead. disappointing experience all around.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.
Our experience was marred by the inconveniences of service. the breakfast offerings were quite limited, and the location, though close to the trains, felt somewhat isolated from other amenities. It was frustrating to find out that the advertised restaurant was not included in our stay and dinner options were pricier than expected, leaving us feeling unprepared. Additionally, the room was located near a noisy highway, and though the soundproofing was decent, it made for restless nights.

Not perfect, but worth it
The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our gluten-free needs were met. We adored the rooftop terrace offering stunning views, perfect for evening relaxation. Delicious breakfast selections set us up nicely for exploring!
The outdoor patio could use more privacy for a truly peaceful experience. Although close to the ruins, walking from the train station felt a bit longer after a long day of adventures.

9/10
Real clean place, felt right at home. The staff, especially Paolo, were sweet as pie, always helpin’ us out. Got a comfy bed—felt like I was sleepin’ on a cloud! The breakfast was a spread, but could use a wee bit more variety. Still, we loved it here, just a skip from the Pompeii ruins. Don't miss chatting with that friendly house cat!

The stay was marked by the superb service from the staff, particularly in accommodating dietary needs, like offering gluten-free croissants. The homemade jams at breakfast were delightful, adding a personal touch to the morning meal. However, the outdoor patio, while charming, lacked some privacy, which could be a consideration for future guests. Additionally, the walk from the nearby train station was slightly longer than expected, especially after a long day of exploring, which might challenge some.

Just a good pick for exploring town in Pompei with fantastic value. Staff brought us fresh towels every day without us even asking. Bring comfy shoes for the walk to the train station.

The hotel is in a lovely quiet residential area, making it a perfect escape while being an easy 10-15 minute walk to the incredible ruins. The room was spotlessly clean, with a lovely bathroom and spacious with all the amenities needed. The staff provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant during our stay, so can't comment on the dining experience.

We had an amazing week here with a comfy bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the outdoor patio where we enjoyed evening wine was such a nice touch. Don't miss relaxing in the charming garden area after exploring. it’s super peaceful. Just a heads up, getting a private driver can be a bit pricey, so plan ahead! 🍷
